Rajmah Cutlet Recipe


Ingredients:
Rajmah : 1 cup
Boiled potato : 1Nos.
Salt : to taste
Green chillies : 2 Nos.
Coriander leaves chopped : 2 tsp
Rice flour : 1 tbsp
Corn Flour or maida : 1 tbsp
Oil : for deep frying
Method:
1. Pressure cook Rajmah & drain.
2. Now in a bowl put the cooked rajmah and smash it
3. Add boiled potato smash together Add all other ingredientds except oil.
4. Mix well, shape them like cutlets & deep fry
5. Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
