Ingredients:2 cups Wheat Flour2 Boiled mashed Potatoes1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder1/4 tsp chilli powder1 tsp coriander seeds powder1tsp Cumin seedsCoriander leaves finely choppedSaltWater to kneadInstructions:Method for making Dough:1.Mix wheat flour, 1/4tsp salt, luke warm water,and make soft dough.2. Leave it for 30 minutes.Method for filling:1. Mix Mashed potatoes, garam masala Powder, coriander seeds powder, cumin seeds, chilli powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves and make lemon sized balls.Method to prepare parathas:1. Take a small ball of dough and roll a thick roti about 4" diameter.2. Place a handful of filling at center.3. Bring the ends to the center from 4 or 5 points.4. Overlap ends so they do not leave an opening.5. Press gently, dust with dry flour, and proceed to roll.Frying the parathas:1. Heat a griddle and place paratha on it.2. Add 1 tsp oil around paratha and cook until it turns golden brown3. Repeat the same with other side of paratha.Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup, Chutney or any curry

Ingredients:1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix3 cups cold milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed4 bananas, sliced1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafersMethod:1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.2. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill.

Ingredients:1 cup sugar2 cups of cooked long grain white rice4 teaspoons butter1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 beaten eggs3-1/2 cups milk1 pinch salt2 tablespoons brandy (optional)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Method:Mix the sugar, eggs and salt in a small bowl until it is a nice and smooth mixture. Set aside.At medium heat in a saucepan, add in the rice, milk and butter. Stir for 5 minutes. Do not overboil. Incorporate the egg mixture with the optional brandy and stir well until the mixture thickens.Transfer the warm pudding into a baking pan. Place this pan inside another larger pan that has about 1 inch of water. Bake the pudding for approximately 1 hour. Take the pan out of the oven and out of the larger pan and allow everything to cool for a few minutes.

Ingredients:1/2 cup sugar1/3 cup baking cocoa2 tablespoons cornstarch2 cups milk1 egg, beaten1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1/8 teaspoon almond extractMethod:In a medium saucepan, stir together the sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Gradually whisk in milk and egg. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook until thickened. Remove from heat, and quickly stir in the vanilla and almond extracts. Garnish as desired, and serve warm.
